Overview:

Lancaster Laboratories has extensive expertise working with GMP clients who have Facility Validations. We offer a one-stop-shop for our clients, offering all the advantages of an in-house laboratory but at a remote location.  We differentiate ourselves by the level of customer care we provide.  We encourage the development of strong working relationships and continuously and proactively looks for new and improved ways of ensuring our clients feel that staff are always available for information, help and support.

We test to all pharmacopaeial methods for microbiological and chemical parameters.

  • Full suite of EP, USP and JP and BP tests

    Our package includes:

    • All in-house testing
    • Daily collection of samples
    • Daily testing of certain parameters
    • Sampler availability
    • Weekend testing
    • Timely delivery of results
    • Competitive pricing package
    • Results issued via web reporting system. The web system allows trend analysis, exporting of results to excel and importing results to client IT systems or databases
    • Supply of consumables, which include sterile containers, plastic containers and TOC vials
   


Technical Expertise:

Lancaster Laboratories has excellent internal technical expertise available to its clients.  We proactively review methods and client requirements and pride outselves on providing a rapid response to unforeseen industry issues.  We perform a large number of projects in our water laboratories each year and therefore have the capacity to deploy additional Analysts when needed and cross train them to ensure we have the correct resources in-house before a project commences. 

Accreditation and Approval Bodies:

  • The microbiology and chemistry departments are accredited to ISO 17025 by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) – certificate 004T.
  • We undertake comprehensive internal audits to ensure ongoing implementation of our quality policy.  We assess the quality of the tests we perform and continuously monitor and improve our quality systems.

Sampling service:

  • We offer a sampling service on a daily, weekly, monthly basis whether it is routine or project work.
  • Our dedicated team of Samplers are fully trained to take samples aseptically.
  • All samples are returned to the laboratory within 24 hours.
